At the end of today’s hard fought second
game, Joshua D. was deemed the Hardest Worker of the Game and donned the team’s
Hard Hat. Joshua put the Bears on the
scoreboard in the second period, netting two goals back to back to keep the
Bears in the game. But the biggest contribution
to the game was Joshua’s tenacious attitude on the ice. Despite the loss of the first game, he started
the game aggressively and continued to fight throughout. He got into numerous battles for the puck and
after one lengthy scrimmage, won possession and passed it to Tyson O., who then netted a fantastic goal. What teamwork! Congratulation Josh on a well played game!

put the Bears on the scoreboard. Kye D. in net played a great period, blocking
some relentless shots on net. However, the Muskies followed suit and tied
the game up a minute later.

On February 23rd, 2019, the Lindsay Muskies travelled to Muskoka to play two back to back games against our Atom AE team. In the first game, Malcolm G. was awarded the "Hardest Worker of the Game" for his solid defensive play. The Muskies were an aggressive team and Malcolm was stellar throughout. He played his position well; had some great rushes and was successful in making crucial steals at just the right time. Malcolm was steadfast and kept on thwarting the Muskies right to the very end of a difficult game. Congratulations Malcolm, well deserved!
