***Please note: SMMHA is using a flat fee for registration based on division. Up to $150 can be earned back per player by volunteering for SMMHA.  We also have fundraising opportunities for you to earn more money back for your player(s).  Please see "How to Earn Volunteer Credits" & "Fundraising Opportunities" & "Timekeeping" for more information. ***

 * $50 Discount for 3rd child registered per family - note all family members must be registered at the same time through online registration.
** $150 Discount for 4th registration and more per family - note all family members must be registered at the same time through online registration.
 Rep Fees are due when player has successfully been chosen for a Rep or AE team.
 Tryout fees are non refundable, players must attend Rep tryouts if they would like to try out for an AE team.
IF a player is released by the Coach from  Rep tryouts the player will attend AE tryouts at no extra cost.
If player is released by AE Coach, they attend the ice time for their appropriate Local League Division.

*If you are applying for assistance please send a confidential email to this address to let us know, we will make arrangements to have your child participate while the application is being processed. Applications for assistance can take several weeks for some organizations to process, please send in your requests as early as possible. Organizations that provide funding assistance do not cover any cost that is reimbursable, such as volunteer hours, these hours can be earned back and it is your responsibility to cover the deposit for them.
