On behalf of the parents of our SMMHA team, I accept these funds with the express understanding that the team will refund the total amount owed to SMMHA by October 30, 2024, or before the first team tournament date, whichever occurs first. I understand that failure to return the funds as specified may result in the suspension of the team from further play. If the team cancels the tournament outside the full refund window, the team will be responsible for the entire cost of the tournament.
