Norstar Novice VS Collingwood Blackhawks
Submitted By Roy French on Tuesday, October 14, 2014
It was another solid game for our boy's in Collingwood on Sunday.

Even though by the end of the end 1st period we were down our boy's kept up the attack in the Collingwood zone. The bears got one back in the in the second period from a text book pass from Mitch Hammond to Jacob Jennings to sink one past the goal tender. Caleb Walker was showing his team that he is a force on the blue line as he stopped many attacks dead on the line. Ethan Loader had a beautiful chance when he skated the length of the ice with the puck only to be stopped by the glove of the goaltender. In the 3rd period late in the game the bears managed to squeak one past the Collingwood goal tender on a solo shot from Mitch Hammond. The onslaught of goals near the end of the 3rd period by Collingwood was just too overbearing for our boy's to recover from however the bears managed make a stellar effort none the less.

As our team was behind threw out this game the kids never stopped or gave up hope and played there hearts out. From the stands all the fans could see how much the team has come together and how they act as one unite on the ice.

Thanks Judd for this weeks wright up
