Deputy Mayor Jeff Watson Drops the Puck
Gravenhurst deputy mayor Jeff Watson was on hand Sunday to drop the puck.
Last Sunday was revel day in witch all our rep teams were playing against Huntsville. Jeff Watson was on hand to help us kick off the day by dropping the puck between the two Captions Mitch H (Bears) and Hunter W. (Otters).
Our novice kids gave the Otters a run for most of the game and with the otters only 1 goal ahead for the first period and a bit we where right in it. In the second Mitch H made a great face off win to get Wesley F the puck in witch he berried it deep to tie the game at 1-1. a few seconds latter the Otters would score a few weak goals that threw our boys off a bit and that led the Otters to a win.
Our kids played hard and did a great job to make us all proud.
