South Muskoka Minor Hockey Association

Coach applications go live on Friday, January 9th at 9:30 a.m., and will remain open until January 30th at 11:30 p.m. Coach interviews will begin the week of February 17th.

As we welcome a brand-new year of hockey, I want to take a moment to thank our players, coaches, volunteers, officials, and families for everything you do to make our association such a special community. Hockey is so much more than a game — it teaches teamwork, perseverance, respect, and sportsmanship. It builds friendships, confidence, and memories that last far beyond the rink.

BACK TO BACK GOLD MEDAL WINS!  The U13 D Bears brought home gold at the Ayr Regional Silver Stick Tournament last weekend — their second gold medal and second undefeated tournament in a row! In an exciting championship game, the Bears showed incredible determination and heart. Battling it out with Huntsville until the final buzzer, they tied the game with just 20 seconds left in the third period to force overtime. Our U21, U15B and U13D teams are proudly hosting a toy drive today (Sunday November 23rd) during their home games in Gravenhurst. We invite you to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help brighten the holidays for local kids in need. Let's fill the donation table and show what our hockey community can do together!
