Rich Hill Candles - Player Fundraising
those participating in the Rich Hill Candle Player Fundraising this season can submit their order forms via email and transfer their funds raised to South Muskoka Minor Hockey Association by following these steps by Monday November 27, 2023:
1. Make sure order form(s) are complete: indicate player name, team name, items sold, and player contact info (ie. parent contact), make sure totals add up for the order
2. Scan or take a clear picture of order form(s) and email to [email protected]
(you will receive a confirmation email noting we have received the order)
3. E-transfer order total to [email protected]
IMPORTANT NOTE: in the comments section of the e-transfer please use the following to flag the payment for our Treasurer and what it is for, example: Rich Hill, Player Last Name/First Initial, Team Name failure to do so may jeopardize our ability to process your order
4. Orders will be submitted next week to Rich Hill for processing and we anticipate orders will be ready around December 15th (stay tuned for pick up day). At this time we will also issue player fundraising returns for all your hard work!
If you cannot do an e-transfer, and prefer to submit your player fundraising in person, a drop off time has been arranged at the Gravenhurst Arena in the warm viewing area near the old concession stand this Sunday November 26th from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. Make sure to have your order forms complete and payment ready.

What is this fundraiser for?
Hockey is expensive! This fundraiser is designed to allow individual players to help offset their individual fees paid to the association for the 2023/24 season. A before tax percentage of products sold between November 3 and November 24,2023 will be returned to the player. Note, credits through fundraising are intended to offset the overall fees incurred for an individual player in a given season and money back to individual players cannot exceed
total registration and representative fees for the 2023/24 season.
This is separate from any team fundraisers that help to supplement costs towards additional development, team events, banners, team apparel and tournaments etc.
Fundraiser Timelines and Guidelines
This opportunity is available to you to sell select Rich Hill products starting Friday November 3 running until November 24, 2023. Perfect for the holiday season! Return rate on products sold for individual players is 35% of pre-tax sales. Orders will be due by Monday November 27 to be eligible. Cash or e-transfer available for final submission. Product orders and fundraising revenues to players will be distributed at the beginning of December (Please check back in on the website for dates and times for collection of forms and distribution of products).
