Happy Volunteer Week!
Submitted By Sarah Geer on Monday, February 22, 2021
We’re showing appreciation to all minor hockey volunteers during Thank a Volunteer Week!

Check out the dedication from across the OMHA and see how everyone is giving their thanks. http://bit.ly/3ue8lTZ

But we thought we would dedicate some thanks to our own volunteers all this week :)

This is a shout out to all the MANAGERS out there who chose to help out all of our teams throughout this season. Managers needed to enforce some very strict rules to keep everyone safe and organized for the players to get on the ice. There were quite a few times where we had to pivot and turn into a different directions and all managers did this with ease. They greeted their players with positive energy to get them excited for their session with their coaches and trainers. They would keep teams connected through emails and texts, organize players in rooms, tie skates and cheer them on! Thank you MANAGERS for all that you did and do for hockey. We appreciate you!
