Hello Bears Families,

OMHA has updated their health screening protocols.......

...please see the very detailed document attached.  We will be discussing at our next meeting next week if it is possible to implement this online through a google form.  In the meantime, continue with the google form we have creates and print a paper copy to ask parents and players on their way in.  

This will also be located on the COVID 19 INFO tab located at the top of our website along with other important documentation.
