.....it is important to understand that this applies to all Sport Organizations, schools, programs and businesses in the province. This is not a hockey ‘thing’ – it is legislation (Ontario Regulation 161/19) from the Government of Ontario. Please read the information below that pertains to the age of the player and then complete the OHF Rowans Law Acknowledgement Form. Those players selected for a Representative Team will complete the hard copy of the form when signing the Offer of Commitment.
House League players parents/guardians are asked to complete the form and submit to their coaches.
IT IS MANDATORY PRIOR TO ROSTERING THE PLAYERS ON A TEAM THAT EACH PLAYER'S (PARENT/GUARDIAN) PROVIDES A COMPLETED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM.
