Nominate A SMMHA Volunteer
It’s time to nominate the SMMHA volunteers that have positively impacted your season most!

Bears hockey is not possible without our volunteers and many put in a tremendous amount of work! These awards are the perfect way to show our appreciation to all those going above and beyond to make a difference for our association. Awards will be presented at our year end banquets and nominations will remain open until March 12th, 2023. Please see our Nomination Forms below or go to the "Nominations" tab on our website.

Matt Kelley Award for Dedication
