Atom Bears Win MPS Championship!!
The Muskoka Aircraft Refinishing Atom Bears win the Muskoka Parry Sound League Championship!!

The Bears had a busy Saturday of hockey, playing a total of 3 games.  Their first game was against Parry Sound who they hadn’t seen since November.  The Shamrocks came out hard and kept the Bears to a 2-1 game going into the 3rd.  However, midway through the 3rd the Bears kicked it up a notch and put in 4 goals to make it a 6-2 win.

Our 2nd game was against Highland Storm.  This time the Bears came out hard from the start and were able to beat them 9-1, setting up a rematch against Parry Sound in the finals.

After a long day of hockey, the Bears had enough left in the tank to pull out a win against a feisty Parry Sound team.   A 6-3 victory gave the Bears the title of Muskoka Parry Sound Champs.

It was great to see the team work together, move the puck and never give up.  Let’s keep up the great work moving into the playoffs.

Way to go Bears!!
