The Bears skated toe to toe with the Stars and were only down 1 goal going into the 3rd period.  Bears Sebastian Stephen took a slide into the boards in the Stars end and the Bears bench was waiting for a whistle to stop play, when the whistle didn't happen, the team became confused, the Stars picked it up for a breakaway and a 2-0 lead.  The Bears kept themselves in it and had a couple of good shots, but they just couldn't recover.  They worked hard the whole game.
