Welcome to the 2019 Matt Kelly Memorial Atom Rep/Midget AE Championship.
The tournament dates are: Friday, November 15th to Sunday, November 17th, 2019.
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming tournament. Come and join us in beautiful Muskoka and experience beautiful cottage country for a fall adventure. Muskoka is home to the great outdoors, stellar resorts,
fantastic dining as well as boutique shopping.
The entry fee is: $950.00
The OMHA sanction number is: 9295
The format will see three games guaranteed, with the potential of playing more. There are no gate fees and the entry fee is $950.00 per team. Games will begin on Friday, November 15th, 2019. We will make every reasonable attempt at scheduling travelling teams to begin late in the morning, eliminating the need for a hotel on Thursday night.
If you wish to join us, please complete the following three steps:
i) click on the Registration Link to access the Application Form for registration.
ii) Please mail a cheque in the amount of $950.00 to South Muskoka Minor Hockey Association, Attention: Tournament Director, 5 The Granite Bluff, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1L4
ii) Email or mail an OMHA approved roster as soon as it is available to Terry Dyni at [email protected]
There are only 8 teams in each division. Your spot will be reserved once the registration form and cheque are received and once you receive a confirmation email from the tournament director. The approved roster must be submitted as soon as you have it and at least 14 days in advance of the tournament to continue to hold your team's spot.
Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will then be utilized to fill any cancellations. Tournament rules and a schedule will be posted prior to the tournament dates. Tournament rules will be strictly enforced.
