So as you may have heard. We here at the SMMHA have challenged all of our members to try and take 5000 shots while away from the arena this season. There is much more than just burying your head though and letting the puck rip. We hope to offer some valuable tips and information that will allow you to improve your shot to your full potential this season. The first shot we will discuss is the wrist shot.
The wrist shot is the most used and most accurate shot in hockey but how many of us know what goes into a perfect "silencer".
