Peewee Rep/Bantam Rep, 2019-2020 (South Muskoka Minor Hockey Association)

After losing Game 1 against the Simcoe Warriors 3 -4, with a goal scored by the Warrior in the final second, the South Muskoka Bears rallied to win the next three straight games, earning themselves a spot in the finals against St Mary's Rock.   St. Mary's was a formidable opponent, also handily winning all 4 games in the round robin. 

Congratulations to our own South Muskoka Bears, who handily defeated the Tavistock Titans, the Minto Mad Dogs and the Deep River Knights in three straight games to head into the finals against the also undefeated Ottawa West Golden Knights.  It was a tough and well played game between these top two teams.  While the Golden Knights secured the top honours, the Bears took home Silver and should be very proud of their accomplishments.  

Congratulations go to the Ottawa West Golden Knights, who won 3 straight games in the round robin to clinch a spot in the finals and then defeated the South Muskoka Bears 4- 0 to take home the Gold!  Thanks to all the team who participated; it was a great weekend of hockey and fun was had by all.  See you next year!
