Upcoming Atom & Peewee Tournament

Our hockey season is in full swing and our Dan Bell Memorial Tournament is fast approaching. 

This tournament is scheduled for October 24-26, 2014.


The Dan Bell Memorial Tournament is in honour of a local fellow born and raised in Bracebridge.  Dan was a talented athlete and loved the game of hockey.  In 2001 at the age of 50, Dan passed away unexpectedly.  

To honour Dan's love of the game, his sisters Carolyn Bell, Ruth Bell-Towns and brother Bob were able to dedicate this tournament in his name.  What a wonderful legacy to the sport he loved to play!

In the true spirit of sport and in the spirit of Dan's love for the game of hockey, we encourage all players to have fun, play fair and for all the spectators enjoy what this Tournament will offer.  The games will be played in both the Bracebridge and Gravenhurst arenas.
