2015 South Muskoka Atom Friendship Tournament
Saturday, February 14th-Sunday, February 15th 2015
Welcome all teams to our fun weekend. Games will be held at the Bracebridge Arena.
The rules are as follows:
There will be absolutely NO contact in this tournament.
All games will be 3-10 minute periods.
Please try to be ready 15 minutes prior to your game start time, in case we are running ahead of schedule.
Teams are guaranteed four games in this round robin format and the 1st and 2nd placed teams will play in the Championship game on Sunday, February 15th at 3:00.
All teams will play in point system games; 2 points for a win, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss. There is no overtime in the round robin, ties stand.
Ties will be broken as per a computer scoring system on our website; by average goals for and against, we may also take into consideration penalty minutes.
If the Championship game ends in a tie; teams will play 3 on 3 for 4 minutes, running your lines until sudden victory. If still tied, there will be a shootout, sudden victory; no player may shoot twice until all players have shot.
There will be no lunch provided due to area restrictions.
All decisions for the weekend will be made by the Tournament Convenor or her delegates.
All decisions are final.
