Congrats to the Forest Hill Peewee AE Bears for winning the first series!
Our Peewee AE team had an amazing weekend playing Penetang. Saturday’s game resulted in a 4-3 win, with a hat trick from Ethan Cline. TJ Babcock defended our net and the entire team came out and played amazing.
On Sunday, the game was quite a nail biter, going back and forth, with the score being 5-3 for Penetang late in the 2nd period. The boys fought hard and brought it back to a 5-5 tie. With 1:29 left in the 3rd period, Ethan Boland scored the winning goal. Congrats to everyone for coming together and playing as a team, passing and skating hard to get the win. The team advances to the next round playing against Oro. Congrats to our bench staff who have worked hard with the boys, bringing the team so far since the beginning of the season. A job well done all around!
