  1. Please complete this form if you are interested in helping with ANY volunteer position within Cubs, Mite, Tyke, Local League or Select Teams for the 2018-2019 season. We thank you for your interest.

    I understand I may be required to have a quick interview for the position. Completing this application does not guarantee me the volunteer position.  

    Credit:  Once I have completed the duties and fulfilled all requirements for this position, I will receive a credit of $150 toward my player(s) in our association for the 2019-2020 season.  A student volunteer may receive volunteer hours for school.   (One 10 hour credit ($150) per season, per person, fulfilling any number of positions; not per player enrolled, and not per position filled)

    Requirements:   Interested people should be a minimum of 14 years of age and show an interest in being a part of a team.  Previous experience is not a requirement for a volunteer position, but taking a course(s) and having an up to date VSS (police back ground check) for a position are required.  SMMHA will be happy to reimburse those who commit to a team,  for the cost of any required courses.
