As we welcome a brand-new year of hockey, I want to take a moment to thank our players, coaches, volunteers, officials, and families for everything you do to make our association such a special community. Hockey is so much more than a game — it teaches teamwork, perseverance, respect, and sportsmanship. It builds friendships, confidence, and memories that last far beyond the rink.
As we step into this new year, let’s remember the teams and communities we represent every time we put on our jerseys. Whether we’re on the ice, on the bench, or in the stands, let’s lead with kindness, encouragement, and respect for one another, our opponents, and the officials who make the game possible.
I’m proud of the way our association continues to grow and support our young athletes, and I’m excited for all that lies ahead this season. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and successful New Year — filled with great hockey, positive moments, and plenty of smiles at the rink.
